Quail West reports $46 million in sales for first half of 2011

After reporting $69 million in sales in 2010 of standing new product, resale homes, furnished model residences and homesites at Quail West, the 1,180-acre master-planned golf course community in North Naples has generated 37 transactions worth $46 million in sales from Jan. 1 through June 30, 2011.

Seven transactions worth $11.3 million were completed in June alone. Model homes that were among the most recent sales included Michelangelo Homes’ 5,397-square-foot under air Villa Navona that sold for $2.45 million, and London Bay Homes’ 5,110-square-foot Ashley residence that sold for $2.55 million.

Quail West’s product mix includes La Caille single-family luxury villas that range from 2,700 to 3,600 square feet and are priced from $905,000 to $1.425 million. Six villa floor plans are available.

The Tamworth Collection, 24 new luxury single-family residence floor plans and models ranging from 3,500 to 4,500 square feet, was introduced in January in response to an increased market demand for more modestly sized luxury homes.

The Tamworth Collection residences feature distinctive elevations set against lake, nature preserve and golf course views. These homes are constructed on approximately half-acre lots and priced from $1.5 million to $2 million, lot included.

The La Caille villas and the Tamworth Collection have added a new dimension to a product mix that includes estate residences 4,500 square feet and larger on approximately 180- by 200-foot sites priced starting at $2 million.
